Relief Granted: "We find that no real exception can be taken to the direction of the learned single Judge by which Respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider grant of lease Sundra Trees to the original writ petitioner from Khammam and Karimnagar in accordance with G.O. Ms.25, dt 12-2-92,entitles the original writ petitioner to such grant then only such grant of lease has to be given. In short, all these aspects are left for consideration to the appropriate authority in the light of the G.O concerned". |
